Hi to all: We just arrived Puerta Vallarta Mexico after a 3 month cruise north from Ecuador. Stopped into Balboa Panama, numerous ports in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Southern Mexico. Coastal Explorer was a joy to use, and the route planning capability was much appreciated. However, as Dave shared, the charts available for South America are really poor. I also am waiting for you to get Navionics online. When can we expect this???? I noticed Fugami has this capability at this time. I had problems with the Milltech AIS. I was sent a faulty unit, with broken cuircit. I discoved this when installing in Ecuador. It was really missed as we crossed all the shipping lanes coming north. Looking forward to the Coastal Explorer version 2, when can we expect it as an upgrade?
