Purchased for $43 on Ebay, installs a USB->Serial bridge, seems to work great with Coastal Explorer in XP. Is IPX7 waterproof (submergence in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes). Also has Vista drivers on the included CD.. haven't tested it in Vista yet, although I will be within the next week or so. FYI.
