If I click on a Track it highlights nicely. If I then grab the chart to move it the highlight disappears. I don't see it do this when zooming or when using the boundary arrows to move the chart image. I find it much easier to move the chart with the grabber and with the boundary arrows. Is this a bug or a limitation of Windows?
