Can't get ACC Marina Guide info to display

I selected TOOLS|OPTIONS|COASTAL EXPLORER NETWORK and selected ACC Marina Guides, but the selected regions don't seem to sync. I tested my CE Network Account successfully, and I have two paid regions of ACC Guide CD installed on my computer. ACC info doesn't display in PLACES. Am running CE 2009 with latest updates.
What am I missing?
The Atlantic Cruising Club Marina Guide features are still in beta testing so you'll need to activate beta testing mode to use them. (I'm a bit surprised that you see the ACC options without being in beta mode; that must be a bug.) To activate beta testing mode, enter $betatest into the Find Box on the toolbar and see the Beta area for more information, beta updates, and the beta forum.
