I have been using the preview version of CE 2010 and this morning when I opened CE there was a message that the Beta test time had expired and that I should contact Rose Point. When CE opened I was back to the 2009 version toolbar.
In taking a look at the Support/Download page, I noticed there were two updates to the software (10180-2330 & 10203-1607) however when I chose "check for updates" on the menu bar, the message said none available. I downloaded the updates and installed them and the 10203-1607 update indicated that it extended the beta test to Dec 31, 2010 although after installing, I am still back to the original version 2009 look.
If the beta 2010 is no longer active, when will the upgrade version be available and what will the upgrade cost be? I was just getting used to the new look and feel although still learning "where did the commands go". The "help" section was really helpful with the learning process.

After installing the 1607 version, did you enter the word $betatest in the finder (search) box and press enter? My new 1607 version is working today.

That's all right, I got bumped back to 2009 today, as well. Unfortunately though I remembered I needed to activate beta, I couldn't remember what to type... d'oh. Thanks.
