How do I set ARPA/MARPA targets in Coastal Explorer 9?

Sorry, I'm new to the program and the form. How do I set ARPA/MARPA targets in CE 9? I keep seeing references on the web that it is possibl but I can't find it in the manual. The AIS works with TCPA but I can't figure out how to set one in the radar screen or the radar overlay.

Coastal Explorer 2009 can only display ARPA/MARPA targets being tracked by a radar that is sending target information via standard NMEA 0183 sentences. The Rose Point Radar does not yet have a target tracking feature, but we are working on one and you should see it in an update before too long.
