There is a government dock on the east side of Hanson Bay, north of Morson, with a large parking lot and nothing else. It is possible to spend a quiet night at the dock midweek, but it apparently hosts automobile-based parties on the weekends. There are several small marinas in the open bay west of Hanson Bay, some with limited grocery shopping. Pumpouts are available at "Buenavista" and" Bayview"along with groceries, restaurants, and general supplies. Area resorts and seersvices are listed on a sign post at the end of the government dock.

Anchorage on the south side of Quartz Island, east of Victoria Point. Very hard bottom, so be sure your anchor is well set.
